'The driver may continue to reverse the vehicle by performing a shoulder check and using their mirrors.'
The Elon Musk-founded company stated that it became aware of the issue on September 12 and rolled out an over-the-air software remedy six days later.
However, Tesla noted that it would not notify owners until at least November 25.
The recall follows another in April, which was due to a potentially fatal flaw that causes the accelerator pedal to become stuck.
Nearly 4,000 EVs were recalled that month.
And many buyers had received messages stating their deliveries were canceled weeks before Tesla made the call to pull the EVs off the road.
The most recent issues surfaced in June after owners reported loose trim pieces and failing windshield wipers.
The company said that the image from the rear-view camera on some EVs may fail to display within two seconds of the driver putting the vehicle into reverse
The problems led to more than 11,000 Cybertrucks being recalled.
The electric-vehicle maker started deliveries of the Cybertruck in November 2023, after a two-year delay due to production problems and battery-supply constraints.
Tesla has not disclosed Cybertruck production or delivery numbers so far.
Musk launched the Blade Runner-inspired truck to refresh the company's aging lineup amid slowing EV demand.
Issues with the model are closely watched by investors due to the resources Tesla has invested in its development.
