PLAINVILLE, Conn. (WFSB) - A 23-year-old from Plainville has died after a motorcycle crash on Route 72.
State police responded to Route 72 eastbound in the area of exits 4A and 4B for a reported motorcycle vs car crash at 12:16 p.m.
They say 23-year-old Peter Mark Bienasz was driving Eastbound on a motorcycle when he rear-ended the Prius in front of him.
Bienasz collided with a guardrail and separated from his motorcycle.
He was pronounced dead on scene.
The driver of the Prius, 46-year-old Mohamed Ahmed of New Britain, and his passenger were not injured and declined medical attention.
No arrests have been made.
