Russell Wilson and the Pittsburgh Steelers triumphed over Daniel Jones and the New York Giants on Monday night, winning by a score of 26-18.
After mixed reactions to the announcement that Wilson would be the starter in Week 7, taking over for Justin Fields, fans have completely embraced head coach Mike Tomlin's decision, especially following Wilson's impressive performance on Monday.

On the other side of the ball, Jones completed 24-of-38 passes for 264 yards, with one interception and one fumble.
According to Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer, those close to the Steelers' organization believed Tomlin's decision to stray away from Fields was not the right one.
"Most folks in that building thought Justin Fields gave them the best chance to win. They still probably do," Breer wrote. "The problem was that if the Steelers stuck with Fields, that might've been it for Wilson as a Steeler."
