Louisville Courier Journal Thousands of Kentuckians have already taken advantage of early voting opportunities around the commonwealth ahead of Election Day on Tuesday, officials said. According to a post from Kentucky Secretary of State Michael Adams on X, formerly Twitter, more than 225,000 Kentuckians voted early Thursday, with more expected to follow suit Friday and Saturday. As of Friday, there has only been one report of difficulties at the polls in Kentucky after a video showing a voter unable to select former President Donald Trump on a ballot-marking machine surfaced online. Officials said the malfunctioning machine was taken out of service following an investigation and the affected voter was able to cast her vote normally. Early voting locations for in-person no-excuse absentee in Louisville In Jefferson County, voters can visit one of 20 locations to cast their ballots early in the 2024 general election.
