City officials posted to X where they opened the bid at $33.95 million. The city will meet on Dec. 4 to decide whether to accept any bids. The center, which is 50.25 acres and adjacent to downtown Las Vegas, is home to Lights FC. Bids will be accepted through Nov. 19. Those interested in submitting a bid can visit Energynet.com.
