A standard Optimus humanoid robot Generation 2 that was unveiled last year and estimated at around US$30,000 (over INR 25 lakh), and another with a golden texture (presumably even pricier), which Kardarshian mentioned on her Instargam story as the only one available. Kim introduced the robos as her new friends. She also showcased her Tesla Cybertruck with one of the robots as a chauffeur waiting to drive her around the town. Kim demonstrated how the robo responded to some of her commands, including making heart signs and even blowing a kiss. What intrigued the internet most was a game of rock-paper scissors between Kim and the humanoid. The robot lagged a bit and lost the game, even as the socialite had a hearty giggle over the win. The Optimus robots had earlier been called out for being handled remotely by handlers during the few demos by Tesla. However, the Kim video doesn’t show any human operator and has confounded techies and lay netizens alike.
