Despite Optimus taking all the spotlight, Kim also shared her brand new Cybercab, Tesla's upcoming robotaxi. After introducing Elon Musk's humanoid robot to her audience as her "new friend," Kim Kardashian showcased Optimus' ability through a series of activities including a game of rock-paper-scissors and its knack for making human-like gestures such as waving and making a heart sign with Kim. Optimus managed to catch Kim off guard when she asked him to imitate her and make a heart gesture, which he did. She said, "You know how to do that!" It remains unclear whether someone was controlling Optimus or it was acting on its own in the background while Kim was interacting with it, noting that in its event, someone had a remote control with them to give Opimtus commands.
