The $40 Tesla Bot Action Figure is the rage now.
Have you seen the hottest new toy for the Holidays? It’s the Tesla Bot Action Figure, and if you want one, it’s too late; it’s already sold out.
A report from Automotive News says, “Tesla Inc. has plenty of Cybertrucks looking for new owners, but its newest product — a 7-inch-tall toy version of the humanoid robot it’s developing — is much tougher to find in time for the holidays.”
The $40 Tesla Bot Action Figure is only 7 inches tall, offers 20 points of articulation, and is now the hottest new toy. But you won’t find one unless you pay an exorbitant amount on eBay.
AN says the $40 Tesla Bot Action Figure sold out less than 24 hours after going on sale on November 16. As a result, the toy was going for $300 to $500 on eBay. “One was listed for $10,000, though the seller acknowledged a willingness to consider all offers.”
I tried to buy the toy last week.
I wanted to buy the new Tesla robot for my 10-year-old grandson. When I tried to buy one last week, it was already sold out in less than 24 hours.
The action figure is a miniature facsimile of Optimus Prime, the robot that Tesla CEO Elon Musk has claimed will go on sale in 2026.
Tesla’s website says, “Your mini autonomous assistant and humanoid friend. The Tesla Bot Action Figure is a 1:10-scale collectible and playable figurine precision engineered with over 40 individual parts and 20 points of articulation to look—and move—like our Gen 2 humanoid robot.”
