Local details, including pricing, are yet to be locked in, the information available from overseas gives us a few hints at what to expect. The most recent news is that pricing for the Tesla Model Y rival has been confirmed for the Netherlands, Sweden, and Norway. Each country has its own different starting price, but direct conversions put the cost between A$75,000 to A$87,000. This sounds like a lot, but Tesla’s Swedish website currently has pricing listed between the equivalent of A$80,000 and A$98,700. The EU has tariffs on electric vehicles imported from China, which currently amount to 18.8 per cent for brands in Geely's portfolio (as Zeekr is) or 7.8 per cent for Tesla. Given Australia has no such tariffs, we can expect the Zeekr’s pricing to be rather competitive when it lands in Australia. For reference, the Model Y starts at $55,900 for the base RWD. 2025 Zeekr 7X In Europe’s the 7X has a driving range of up to 615km, an option of a roughly 310kW single-motor or 470kW twin-motor drivetrain, and ‘future-proof’ 480kW maximum DC charging thanks to an 800-volt system. In the EU, claimed charging from 10 to 80 per cent takes just 13 minutes on a 360kW charger.
