SpaceX launched 21 Starlink satellites from Central Florida on Monday, including 13 with direct-to-cell capabilities.Liftoff of the Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station happened at 11:47 a.m.The first-stage booster supporting this mission is on its 15th flight, which has included eight other Starlink missions in the past.
