SpaceX plans to launch 23 Starlink satellites, including three with Direct to Cell capabilities, from Cape Canaveral on Tuesday morning. The launch is scheduled to lift off at 9:05 a.m., with backup opportunities until 1:02 p.m. Additional time is available on Wednesday, starting at 8:36 a.m.
