Designed to provide high-speed internet ranging from 50 to 250 Mbps, the service can reach even the most isolated and difficult-to-access areas. The only condition for a connection is a clear, unobstructed view of the sky.
Starlink, currently operational in over 100 countries, is SpaceX’s innovative satellite internet project aimed at transforming global connectivity. By transmitting high-speed, dependable internet from space, it provides vital access to underserved and remote areas worldwide.
Starlink Internet Speeds:
Starlink aims to deliver internet speeds ranging from 50 Mbps up to 250 Mbps for users in India. The service is expected to offer a total bandwidth capacity of approximately 600 to 700 Gbps, capable of accommodating thousands of simultaneous connections across the country.
Starlink Price and Setup Cost:
The Starlink Standard Kit is anticipated to be priced around Rs 33,000 (approximately $395), which covers the dish antenna, mounting stand, Wi-Fi router, necessary cables, and power adapter. Monthly subscription fees are expected to range between Rs 3,000 and Rs 4,200 (about $36 to $50).
