In the exchange Mahindra quoted Elon Musk’s tweet that raised concern over India’s foray into the EV market no sooner than 2030 despite being the world’s largest market for solar power. Reacting to Musk’s tweet, Mahindra wrote Time you got out here, Elon. You don't want to leave that whole market to Mahindra, do you? The more the merrier...and greener...! Musk responded to the tweet dated June 02, 2017 stating, “Good point.” Sharing the screenshot, Mahindra welcomed Musk and Tesla to India. He remarked, Welcome to India
