The extra mini-house is a futuristic-looking 375-square-feet space which includes a kitchen, living room and bedroom. The little property has a queen-size bed, top appliances and sky lights. On top of that, it was created by the brand Boxable to be mold, wind, fire, water and bug resistant. The property can remain open or closed off by its floor-to-ceiling doors. Elon further revealed on the podcast: "I use the Boxabl as my guesthouse, so if a friend comes and stays then they can stay in the Boxabl if they want." According to reports in 2024, the billionaire purchased three mansions for $35 million, and he also plans on building a compound close to Austin. © Getty Images
