The nearly four-hour launch window opened at 1:29 a.m. ET and was set to close at 5:28 a.m. ET. So, during that time, SpaceX had a chance to launch its famed rocket. The 45th Weather Squadron gave a 90% chance of good liftoff conditions, with the only concerns being the cumulus cloud rule. If the launch did not happen, SpaceX would have had another chance on Thursday at 1:03 a.m. ET.
