The airline plans to introduce Amazon Leo on 500 planes initially, with the rollout expected to begin in 2028. Passengers will be able to stream films, TV shows, podcasts, and audiobooks, and stay connected while onboard. This decision sees Delta choose Amazon Leo over Elon Musk’s Starlink, which is being adopted by other major US airlines like Southwest and United, as well as global carriers such as British Airways. JetBlue is another airline that has partnered with Amazon Leo for its in-flight internet service, with its rollout anticipated by 2027. In full
